Meet Josh

I'm Josh, the guy behind OverBudget Garage, and a lifelong gearhead who's been building cars and trucks for over 15 years. From late nights in the driveway, to long days in the shop, I've always believed that cool builds don't need deep pockets - just passion, creativity, and a little stubborness.

When I'm not wrenching on my own projects, I'm sharing the real side of the custom truck world - the wins, the struggles, and everything in between. OverBudget garage is about more than cool builds, it's about inspriring others to dive in, learn, and enjoy the process without waiting for "someday".

What started as a side hustle and a dream is growing into a brand built around community, craftsmanship, and doing things the OverBudget way - Big ideas, small budgets, and a whole lot of heart.

My Current Build

Check out what I'm currently working on in the garage.  I'm in the middle of a complete interior overhaul on the OBS Chevy and taking you guys along for the ride. Follow along with the build over on Youtube ( @overbudgetgarage ) . Future projects include building a raised wood bed floor and a LS swap.

Check out the previous builds also , every one of my vehicles were built in a normal garage, with a normal bank accout - it's the OverBudget way !
